These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our official website and your purchase of products sold under the brand Hem Lifestyle. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hem Lifestyle Corporation, and “you” refers to the user or customer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your account

You may shop as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Please inform us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Products and descriptions

• Our products are made from real leather. Natural marks, grain, wrinkles and slight variations in colour and texture are part of genuine leather and are not defects.
• We make every effort to display product details, colours and images accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.
• Please refer to the size guide before ordering jackets, belts and other sized products.
• All products are subject to availability.

5. Custom Design orders

• Custom Design products are made to order based on the product, leather colour, design, stitching, finish, size and personalisation you choose.
• Production starts only after you confirm the final design and details. Please check measurements and spellings carefully — we make the product exactly as confirmed.
• Small handcrafted variations from reference images or samples are normal.
• Custom Design orders may require full or part advance payment, and are governed by the cancellation and return terms in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Shipping charges, COD fees and any discounts are shown at checkout before you place the order.
• Prices and offers may change without prior notice. The price applicable is the price shown at the time of placing the order.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

7. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order (or, for Custom Design orders, when we confirm the final design and start production). We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, non-serviceable PIN code, pricing errors, inability to confirm a COD order, or suspected fraud.

8. Payment

• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets through Cashfree Payments, and Cash on Delivery where available.
• Online payments are processed on Cashfree’s secure payment page. We do not store your card or bank credentials.
• Prepaid discounts, if offered, are shown at checkout.

9. Coupons and offers

Coupons are subject to their stated conditions (minimum order value, validity, usage limits). Only one coupon can be applied per order. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may withdraw or modify offers and cancel orders involving misuse of coupons.

10. Shipping, returns, refunds and cancellation

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

11. Product care

Leather needs care. Keep products away from water, direct heat and sharp objects, and store them in the dust bag provided. Damage caused by misuse, improper care or normal wear and tear is not covered under returns or replacement.

12. Reviews and user content

Reviews may be submitted only by customers who have purchased the product. By submitting a review or Custom Design reference, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display reviews on our website and marketing channels. We may hide or remove content that is false, abusive, offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the product.

13. Intellectual property

The brand name Hem Lifestyle, logos, product designs, photographs, text and all other content on this website belong to Hem Lifestyle Corporation and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our prior written permission.

14. Prohibited use

You agree not to: place fake or fraudulent orders; misuse coupons or offers; attempt unauthorised access to the website or other accounts; upload viruses or harmful code; scrape or copy website content; or use the website for any unlawful purpose.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid by you for that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions or courier disruptions.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Hem Lifestyle Corporation against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

18. Grievance redressal

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
