Custom Design details: sizes, measurements, design preferences, reference images and personalisation text you share for made-to-order products.
Order information: products ordered, order value, coupon used, payment method, payment status and delivery details.
Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit.
Cookies: we use essential cookies to keep you logged in, maintain your cart and secure your session. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features of the website may not work properly.

2. How we use your information

To process, make, confirm, ship and deliver your orders, and to handle cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds.
To send order confirmations, design confirmations, shipping updates and support replies by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
To manage your account and show your order history.
To prevent fraud, misuse of coupons and unauthorised access.
To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
To send offers and updates, only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd., an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Cashfree’s secure payment page. We do not see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.

4. Sharing of information

We share only the information necessary with:

Courier and logistics partners — for delivery and reverse pickups.
Cashfree Payments — for payment processing and refunds.
Hosting, email and messaging service providers — to run the website and communicate with you, under confidentiality obligations.
Government or law-enforcement authorities — when required by law or a valid legal request.

We never sell or rent your personal data to anyone. Custom Design reference images you share are used only to make your order.

5. Data security

Our website uses HTTPS (SSL) encryption. Passwords are stored in hashed form, and access to customer data is limited to authorised personnel only. While we follow reasonable security practices, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

6. Data retention

We keep order and invoice records for as long as required under tax and accounting laws (generally up to 8 years). Other personal data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under applicable law, you may:

Request access to a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction, completion or updating of your data.
Request deletion of your data, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
